Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh established Aik Allah Kaafi Hai (AAKH) Trust with the
objective of welfare and prosperity of Pakistan.
The aim of the Chairman and Founder of AAKH Trust is to work for the fulfilment of basic
amenities nationwide in terms of provision of World Class Education, Food & Shelter, advanced
Healthcare and Judicial Assistance throughout the Pakistan. The tust is totally self-sustaining
and does not depend on external donations.
Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh, with a vision for an educated Pakistan, plan to provide free top-tier
education to over 10 million children by bringing self-sustaining educational projects that will
equate Pakistan's education system to world class standards.
The educational project covers the modern and high tech schooling system that provides an
academically rigorous, culturally caring and inclusive learning environment for the students.
The School has an architecturally impressive infrastructure with multiple state-of-the-art buildings like, Education Centers, Boarding facility for Students & Staff, Sports & Recreational Centre and Facilities such as Laundry, Uniform, Food preparation etc. The whole infrastructure spread across several acres lends itself to a mesmerizing view.

and anyone who belong to financially unstable backgrounds.
In addition, high-tech and modern it systems will be provided to hospitals and health care
centers.
Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh endeavor to make basic amenities available and accessible to all and enable
them to contribute as a productive member of the society.
To fulfill his aim AAKH trust is empowering the under privileged people of Pakistan by providing
them with agricultural land and the relevant skills to make them self-sufficient. AAKH is
working on the livelihood of needy Pakistanis with a long-term support to daily wage workers by
providing them food and shelter at every corner of Pakistan.
The Trust will also teach this new method of cultivation to farmers so that they can work on it
independently and help modernize the current agricultural scenario of Pakistan.
To fulfil the aim of Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh the trust is working on making justice affordable &
accessible by tackling matters of up to Rs. 300,000 and ensure that the justice is served to
right person at right time.
In the first phase, the trust is hiring lawyers throughout Sindh on their panel to ensure that
the interests of the common man are safeguarded, which will later be extended to entire Pakistan
even to the remotest areas, in the next phases.
Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh founded Bashir Shaikh Memorial Trust (BSMT) to carry forward the legacy and
advocacy efforts of his late father
Mr. Bashir Shaikh Advocate, by working for the continuous welfare of the lawyers and the legal
fraternity of Pakistan.
The trust provides free membership to the members of legal fraternity which will make them
eligible to receive the benefits offered by the trust. The legal fraternity of trust includes
hundreds of lawyers, city & high court judges, retired Supreme Court judges, international
magistrates. All members are qualified in their respective jurisdictions and meet bar
association requirements.
The trust is also really supportive for young lawyers who need help securing their future and
generally finding their way in the profession.
The powerful advocacy tools of BSMT work for the betterment of legal professionals working in any capacity and considering their needs that can help them to achieve groundbreaking legal and policy reforms and strengthen the rule of law.
The trust rewarded Life Insurance Coverage Policy to hundreds of its members worth upto Rs. 1,000,000. Those members are selected by nominations and balloting done under the supervision of our Nomination Panel. That is really helpful for young lawyers who need help securing their future and generally finding their way in the profession.
Advospace is an exclusive office facility by BSMT for its legal community through which they can utilize to meet their clients, undertake thorough study of a case and carry out official correspondence. This initiative of Advospace will be helpful for the members for their professional advancement and developments opportunities
BSMT aims to work for the mobilization of jobs for the legal community in the local and international markets. With the advent of globalization there are thousands of work from home and remote consultancy jobs and openings for the legal professionals worldwide. These opportunities, if properly capped, will result in significant earnings of the total legal fraternity of Pakistan.
Shaikh excelled in everything he did, be it his business or his passion. Shaikh pursued his interests in swimming and chess; where he is the title holder for 1992 Sindh swimming championship (Breast Stroke) and 1996 IBA Chess Challenge.
Additionally he also takes interest in Architecture; where he has put considerable input to Axact and BOL's headquarters and other grand projects.
Mr. Shaikh had an innate art of entrepreneurship. He was involved with different investment ideas and business concepts. From his earnings with lucrative business opportunities, he was able to modify the lifestyle of his family; shifting from a one room home to a posh area of DHA in Karachi before the inception of Axact.
